Therapeutic Support Groups and Personal Development Workshops

These groups use the power of shared perspectives and spirit of the members’ intention to deepen understanding and support change.  They offer opportunities to develop self-understanding, build confidence and learn new strategies when confronting challenges in your life. The groups can be time-limited and focused on specific issues, or ongoing, for those wishing to gain the support of others in making changes in their lives.  Groups and workshops are arranged both privately and for organizations.

“Liz has been innovative in setting up a student self-help support group ' Peace of Mind ' at the University of Bath and the group is now into its fourth year. The consistent weekly support has been greatly valued by a range of international and home students whose engagement with their University courses and social activities has improved considerably as a consequence “

Supporting Transitions and Change

This two day course will enable you to reflect on how you remain truthful to yourself in the face of change.  We will use a series of structured exercises, creative interventions and theory to explore how you can create the changes you want in your life as well as identify ways of supporting yourself through changes happening to you.  There will be opportunities to identify personal patterns in responding to change, review how you implement changes as well as completing a life planning exercise. The course is participatory and experiential. Open to all.
